noCRM.io and Pipedrive both sell a visual sales pipeline to small teams, and both look cheap at first: $11 and $14 per user per month on yearly billing. The headline prices hide the real difference. Pipedrive’s cheapest plan, Lite, doesn’t sync your email at all. noCRM’s cheapest plan syncs email only by BCC, and it caps you at 500 leads in a single pipeline. Once you compare the plans that actually do what most small sales teams need, the gap between the two tools is smaller than the starting prices suggest.
The short version: if you want a stripped-down lead list that a salesperson works from top to bottom, noCRM is cheaper and simpler. If you want automations, reporting, and a CRM that grows with a team, Pipedrive is the stronger tool, but plan on its Growth tier ($39/user/month yearly), not Lite.

Plan by Plan
| noCRM.io (yearly / monthly) | Pipedrive (yearly / monthly) | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | Starter: $11 / $19. 500 leads in one pipeline, 4 custom fields, BCC-only email sync. New customers only | Lite: $14 / $24. Customizable pipelines, 30 custom fields, no email sync, no automations |
| Second plan | Expert: $22 / $29. Unlimited leads and pipelines, quotes and invoices, integrations and API. Email sync still BCC only | Growth: $39 / $49. Two-way email sync (1 account per seat), 50 automations, email tracking, meeting scheduler, 100 custom fields |
| Third plan | Dream: $33 / $39. Two-way email sync, automations, team management, WhatsApp and VoIP integrations | Premium: $59 / $79. LeadBooster (web forms, chatbot) included, 3 email syncs per seat, 150 automations |
| Top plan | n/a (three plans only) | Ultimate: $79 / $99. 5 email syncs per seat, 250 automations, 500 custom fields |
| Lead capture add-on | “Quick lead capture” listed on Starter | LeadBooster is a paid add-on on Lite and Growth (from $32.50) |
One oddity on noCRM’s pricing page: with yearly billing selected, the Starter card reads “$11/user/year.” The plan-comparison table further down the same page lists Starter at $11/user/month, which matches how the Expert and Dream prices are shown, so $11 per month (billed yearly) is the figure we use here.
The Pricing Trap: Pipedrive Lite Doesn’t Sync Email
Pipedrive’s plan-comparison table marks two-way email sync, group emailing, email open tracking, the meeting scheduler, and automations as unavailable on Lite. For most small sales teams, email is where the deal actually happens, so Lite works only if you’re willing to log emails by hand. In practice, the Pipedrive plan most small teams need is Growth at $39 per user per month (yearly) or $49 monthly.
Pipedrive also charges separately for LeadBooster, its web forms and chatbot tool, on Lite and Growth. It’s included only from Premium ($59 yearly). If you want inbound leads from your website to land in the CRM automatically, count that in.

noCRM’s Trade-Off: Cheap, but Email Sync Is BCC Only Until Dream
noCRM is built around a different idea: its own tagline is that salespeople hate CRMs. Instead of contact records and company databases, it gives each rep a list of leads with a next action on each one. That’s why Starter is so cheap, and also why it’s limited: one pipeline, 500 leads, and 4 custom fields.
Expert ($22 yearly) removes the lead and pipeline limits and adds quotes, invoices, and integrations. But on both Starter and Expert, email sync works by BCC only: you copy a noCRM address on your emails to log them. Two-way sync, where replies land on the lead automatically, requires Dream at $33 yearly.
So the fairer comparison for a team that wants proper email sync is noCRM Dream at $33 vs. Pipedrive Growth at $39 (both yearly, per user). noCRM is still cheaper, but by $6, not the difference the starting prices suggest.
What It Costs a Three-Person Team
Yearly billing, per month, for three users:
| Plan | Monthly cost | Two-way email sync? |
|---|---|---|
| noCRM Starter | $33 | No (BCC only) |
| noCRM Expert | $66 | No (BCC only) |
| Pipedrive Lite | $42 | No |
| noCRM Dream | $99 | Yes |
| Pipedrive Growth | $117 | Yes |
Add $32.50 or more per month if you need Pipedrive’s LeadBooster on Growth. noCRM’s Starter pricing applies to new customers only, per its pricing page.

noCRM.io: For Teams That Just Want to Work Leads
noCRM suits small sales teams and solo sellers whose job is simple: take a list of leads, contact each one, and move it forward or close it. It’s hosted in the EU and describes itself as GDPR compliant, which matters to some European buyers. Every plan comes with a 15-day free trial with no credit card, extended to 30 days if you add payment details.
- Who should NOT use noCRM: teams that need contact and company records, detailed reporting, or marketing features alongside sales. It deliberately leaves those out. Also anyone who needs two-way email sync but doesn’t want to pay for the top plan.
Pipedrive: For Teams That Want a Full CRM
Pipedrive is the more complete CRM: customizable pipelines on every plan, automations from Growth up, and more custom fields at every tier (30 on Lite versus noCRM Starter’s 4). The cost is that its useful plans start higher than the headline price, and lead capture from your website costs extra until Premium.
- Who should NOT use Pipedrive: solo sellers or tiny teams who just want a lead list. They’ll pay for structure they won’t use. And anyone choosing Lite without realizing it has no email sync.
